Collaborating with Urban Communities by getting BLACK to Basics

ONE-DAY OUTDOOR SKATING RINK
We brought two organizations that are pillars of the community together for one magic day. The owner of The Silver Room decided he wanted to install an outdoor skating rink for the community at his Annual Silver Room Block Party! We organized the entire event and secured a partnership with Chicago’s 44 year-old skating institution, The Rink. This 16th Annual Silver Room Block Party of 2019 had an estimated 40,000 attendees and the outdoor skating rink (with complimentary admissions and rental skates) had over 1,000 participants. This 10-hour event was a day to remember!
